The Client Services Coordinator provides service and support to client companies in a fun, fast-paced, team environment.
He will serve as a single point of contact during the client’s on-boarding experience; educating them on the pre-qualification process and their responsibilities,
And maintaining the account going forward. This is an in-depth customer service position managing individual client accounts

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Internal point person for new and existing clients
Responsible for establishing a positive and productive working relationship with the client
Handle all day to day customer issues, provide analysis and triage of complex issues, and escalate as necessary
Provide extraordinary service by working closely with clients and cross functional internal teams
Provide additional, value added services to our clients
Research issues and provide guidance to clients
Accurately track status of account and make appropriate updates and notes in system
Ensure the client is informed of all pre-qualifying requirements and current status of their account
Manage tasks, e-mails and phone calls within the same day

Required Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have experience managing client accounts
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines
Will involve decision making, resourcefulness, conflict resolution and problem solving
Proficiency and acumen in verbal and written communication skills; articulate
Proficiency in MS Word, PDF, Adobe. Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required
Prior experience in a fast paced, growing company preferred

Educational Required:

2-4 year college degree ( associate - Bachelors)

competitive wage: $14/hr. during training (four months) and $15/hr. plus bonus opportunities after training

what you’ll be doing

Prospecting for new business and setting demo appointments.
Respond rapidly and provide prompt consultative support to client
Overcoming resistance from gatekeepers and scheduling appointments
Managing email and phone call leads
Closing sales and developing business relationships
Maintaining client relationship management for new accounts
Making cold calls to identify decision makers
Other duties as assigned.

What you bring

Experienced in sales or super Interested in Marketing
Must be excellent at communication
Be Professional & Great at networking
Working knowledge or super Interested Home Health/Hospice, healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic setting.
